Climate: Vienna climate is relatively warm, especially during summer season but winters can get extremely cold dropping to the freezing point. You can enjoy the snowfall in the city from December to March while precipitation is moderate almost every year. The most effective weather to visit the town is during spring and fall.
Transportation: Travelling in and out of Vienna is easy because of its extensive network of transportation. Commuters can choose from quite a few types of public transports such as buses and trams however the most commonly used are the subway trains that have five subway lines.
